Laptop Connection

Just when I thought that broadband is a standard everywhere… And while I was waiting for a really big attachment…

Horror struck me. No broadband in my room. Instead, I was presented with a phone plug labelled “Laptop Connection” (dial up?!)
Oh no…

Update

So I called the receptionist and they informed me of available broadband (through WiFi + IM2 facility) connection in lobby area and on the 6th floor – the Executive floor. (Thanks to this company’s travel policy, I am booked in the standard room).

Secondly, after calming down, I notice that my 3G is still running well and pretty breezy too. So the show can go on today (tonight and continued until lateeeee at night). The problem is that I might overshoot my monthly download quota this month!
