I passed my probation (hurrah!) recently.
It is a different game: “the other side of the table” – once a vendor, now an operator. Needs a different mindset. But still some of the same basics: analytics, business sense, profit and loss, understanding and watching trends, economy, telecommunication basics, love of technology, customer understanding, …
But one thing certainly different is this:
